(Portland, OR) Front End Web Developer (HTML, CSS Expert)Salary -$45,000.00 to $55,000.00 (plus quarterly bonuses)Decipher Inc is looking for an expert front end web developer to create bulletproof cross-browser solutions using semantic markup best practices for modern web 2.0 applications. You will frequently work with UX designers who demand strong attention to detail and seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will work with system developers to integrate the front end of our custom web applications with the underlying system architecture. Must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, user-focused, technology-agnostic environment.

Job responsibilities include:
 • Accurately convert visual designs into working web pages (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
 • Develop responsive cross-browser functionality
 • Actively contribute to the design and architecture of solutions
 • Audit and optimize existing code base

Qualifications:
 • Minimum 2 years job experience in web development
 • Expert level knowledge and experience in semantic HTML, CSS
 • JavaScript experience strongly recommended
 • Knowledge of cross-browser limitations and experience implementing solutions
 • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and timely, high-quality work
