Our growing internet grocery startup is looking for help with some rebranding and web redesign work.  Specifically, we're looking for someone with a design aesthetic that fits us: clean and simple, but colorfully artful.

We do all the back end development ourselves, and we have an existing XHTML+CSS firm that we like.  What we don't have is someone to lead our design efforts.

I picture this being a long term partnership, as we'll always be looking for more help in this area.  But to start, we're looking for:

• A new logo
• UI designs for roughly 10 templated pages on our site (we can provide wireframes, as a starting point).
