Company confidential: ASP.NET Developer with OOP &MSSQL experience
(San Francisco Bay Area) We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET 2.0 (or greater) web developer (preferably C#) with a strong background in Object Oriented Programming. You will be the lead developer responsible for feature design, development and maintenance for a fun, successful, and high-profile e-commerce/social networking website.
You will be responsible for first converting a classic ASP website that leverages a MS SQL 2005 database (via Stored Procedures) to deliver dynamic content over to ASP.NET. After the migration, further development projects will include updates and new feature enhancements to be built on top of your newly developed framework. This requires both technical and business skills that include writing technical requirements, planning architecture design, documentation and of course coding as part of the complete software development lifecycle. In addition, you should have a solid Object Oriented background with proven abilities to design and implement OO projects. Communicating requirements and status updates to the team will be required on an ongoing basis.

You will work remotely from wherever you want, but will be required to attend periodic in-person meetings.
