As well as managing all of the group’s Affiliate Marketing activities, they apply the principles of performance based marketing within the product development function of Collinson Latitude and play a key role in identifying opportunities for group clients to maximise their online revenue.

 

By utilising this expertise in affiliate marketing generally, and transactional ecommerce specifically, Core8 enables Collinson Latitude and ICLP to provide clients with innovative online partnerships and revenue generating platforms and provides a unique resource for the group to test new web based concepts, to prove business cases and to deliver new products quickly to the market.

 

The Job

 

So,you've led web development teams, overseen prototype testing and deployment of product applications but you've struggled to really be heard by those you work with? You want to work within an environment that has the passion and curiosity of a small start-up but that has the business pedigree of a well-established, mature company? Sounds like you want allot and that's exactly what we're after.

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, pro-active person to play an essential role in supporting an exciting digital product, its existing flagship accounts and co-ordinating all future client builds from start to finish.

 

You’ll have the opportunity to liaise closely with high profile clients while co-ordinating the efforts of a small team of external developers. This will involve creating the full specification of projects in conjunction with internal client teams, working with systems administrators and ultimately delivering client builds on time and to a high standard.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Full specification documentation in line with client requirements and thorough understanding of system capabilities

·  Co-ordination and management of external development resources to ensure technical delivery of client builds on time and to agreed budgets

·  Managing project schedules and providing timelines and updates to all parties

·  Flagging major priority clashes and indentifying short and long term resource requirements accordingly

·  Identifying and recommending system developments and solutions – to meet client specific requirements and to evolve central product platform

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE:

 

·  Excellent written and oral communication skills essential

·  Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience working within online product development/product management

·  Must be a self-starter and be comfortable working both independently as well as with others – including working with offshore developers

·  Willingness to be flexible with hours when geography of clients and development teams requires.

·  Knowledge of HTML and PHP a distinct advantage

·  PhotoShop skills also an advantage
