We're looking for a great designer with a solid advertising/marketing stance to handle our personal look & feel, as well as to assist with online campaigns for clients. This is an in-house position at our office located in Provo, UT.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
email marketing & communications, web advertising & support graphics, possibly some print advertising

EXPECTATIONS:

• Be an expert at website UI & web marketing design
• Be an expert in cross-browser html/css development (including publishing and testing of the completed site)
• Understand targeted web marketing and be able to give suggestions
• Understand web usability and best practices
• Be proficient with the Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Flash)
• Have a clean, competent style w/ a firm grasp on designing for both form and function. Great typography skills and sense of balance.
• Have the ability to put out stellar headlines and ad copy -- excellent written communication skills
• Have the ability to work well as a team, to innovate with direction, and to self-direct as needed
• Be perfectionistic, efficient, and self disciplined with great time management skills

BONUS:

• Experience with Javascript and/or PHP and eCommerce site design.
• Craft industry experience is a bonus, but not necessary if you're willing to jump in and learn fast.
