We are looking for a talented "world class" web designer to fill a full-time position as the lead creative designer at RocketTheme.  We are a geographical diverse company so we're looking for an individual who thrives working with a small, talented and dedicated team creating cutting edge web designs.  We pride ourselves on pushing the envelope so we're looking for a passionate creative with new ideas and design techniques.  A truly gifted designer with a high proficiency in semantic XHTML and CSS is our ideal candidate.

Standard Requirements:

• Cutting edge design skills 
• Stunning portfolio
• Working knowledge of Adobe Fireworks
• Good sense of typography, color and white-space
• Solid understanding of CSS & XHTML
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work remotely in an online team environment

Other Helpful qualifications:

• College degree in Design/Art/US
• Mac OS X fanboy/fangirl
• Illustration experience
• Designs featured in CSS Galleries 
• CMS and/or Blog templating systems
• Good sense of humor

Salary is commensurate based on experience and expertise.
