We are a young Los Angeles based company that offers enterprise level, full-service comprehensive consulting and all manners of IT solutions. Our clients include some of the top 100 e-commerce sites in the world as well as a very exciting, up and coming fashion company.

We are looking for an open-minded, passionate, incredibly talented, creative and quick web designer to spearhead our new design department. Be prepared to think and create independently and to be ready for any number of design challenges. The person we are looking for should also be able to assimilate to a fast-paced work environment, articulate his/her ideas clearly and work well with others.

(Development skills are a plus)

What we are looking for:

• Strong front-end experience writing semantic markup with CSS and JS frameworks
• A excellent portfolio available for viewing with submission of resume
• Strong conceptual, typographical and interaction design skills
• Must be an effective communicator who is poised and can bring new and relevant ideas to the table
• Passion for web development and design
• A detail-oriented designer who can quickly turnaround mockups and concepts
• Experience designing within popular CMS applications
• Must be able to take ownership of a project and see it through from inception to launch
• Extensive expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and Dreamweaver (or programs of greater or similar functionality)
• Working knowledge of Flash and Action Script
• Marketing design knowledge (banner ads, interactive media, print marketing)
• Graphic/Print Ad Design

What your job will consist of:

• Designing fashion ads for national print magazines (GQ, Vanity Fair etc.)
• All manners of cutting edge web design
• Participate in creating and implementing new features
• Actively investigate new tools and methods to support and improve the computing environment
• Brain storm new ideas with the team
• Troubleshooting and bug fixes

What your job won't consist of:

How you shine (Not Required):

• Any development experience
• Experience with A/B variable testing
• Experience with NOSQL solutions
• Experience working on sites with heavy traffic
• Any skills not listed above

Compensation:
