Our Opportunity We need someone with proven business experience in a team setting using Oracle, PL/SQL, triggers and stored procedures. You should understand “data-centricity” and “process-centricity" and favor the former for solid reasons. You should want to help design the high-level architecture, then write the low-level pieces in PL/SQL, C# or whatever tool fits. You should be comfortable reading data models. You should instinctively want to centralize business logic on the database and know how to do it. You will span the design, development and administration worlds. You should demonstrate a solid understanding of Oracle architecture, relational theory, transactions, normalization and SQL tuning, and understand programming and shell-scripting in Windows using an Oracle database.
