Craft Marketing is a small and growing New York Marketing agency seeking a motivated Technical Lead to manage an offshore development team in India. You must have at least 8 -10 years web development experience, with at least 3 years as a team leader managing other developers. You have demonstrable experience working with remote team members.

This role entails working side by side with the Project Manager to define project scope and timelines, and then managing the offshore development team to ensure the application is delivered on time and to specification. You are also ultimately responsible for the integrity of the applications developed and functional architecture.

You must have knowledge of CMS and E-Commerce platforms as this role also entails the development of a bespoke platform for Gift and Home Furnishing industries in the US.

Responsible for :

Working with the PM to scope projects, create milestones and set timelines
Design and architect Internet Applications
To ensure code integrity, security and re-useability
To provide certain aspect of  Functional Documentation & Structural Diagrams
Task/Bug Management with the development team offshore
Making Technology recommendations  & decisions
Provide recommendations to integrate Craft CMS/E-commerce platform to 3rd party ERP systems

Technical Requirements :

At least 8 -10 years proven development experience
Expert knowledge of Small to Medium Web Applications
Expert knowledge of .Net Framework
Expert knowledge of CSS, HTML and Javascript (JQuery)
Some Project Management/Leadership Experience
