Athletics, a Brooklyn-based design firm, is seeking a smart, self-motivated interaction designer for on-site work. Specifically, we need help developing an overall IA/UX strategy for a large, high-profile project, and need to find a thinker that can demonstrate solutions to hard problems using wireframes.

This is an on-site position. No offers of remote work will be considered, no relocation assistance will be offered.

Requirements:

• Solid proficiency with InDesign for wireframing
• Previous IA/UX experience
• Solid understanding of web technology
• Strong writing skills
• Good in a meeting
• A passion for the web

Would be a plus:

• Strong visual design skills - Photoshop, Illustrator, typography, etc.
• Web development skills - html/css, php, jquery, etc.
• Experience using Basecamp

Contract: We are looking to bring on an individual full-time for the next 3-6 months, with the possibility of full-time employment to follow. Compensation to be determined based on experience.
