For the in-house Senior Art Director, this is your opportunity to make an immediate and tangible impact as a key member of our creative design team. In this critical role, your mission will be to connect with the user by communicating our aesthetic language and developing creative material for all the areas of our business: consumer, business solutions and internal products. Among these projects are major web site layouts, marketing campaigns and product interfaces. Your direction will also be key in projects such as mini-sites, training tutorials, customized chat windows, graphic icon libraries, banners, presentations, and print collateral.  For the right person, joining our community is a dream opportunity to work with all areas of the company.

What would you own?

• Your mission will be to engage in on-going interface design work shaping, applying and maintaining brand consistency.
• Connect with our users creating and directing campaigns and major web layouts.
• Understand the balance of user experience, brand guidelines, and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize your tasks, meet deadlines, and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Best practices interaction design and web design solutions that deliver on business goals.

How would you help others?

• Being an “aesthetics ambassador”, creating thoughtful and clean layouts, which will help guide both current and future projects.
• Create the connection between Information architecture and the layout development process
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Training, Support, and Product to conceptualize and design innovative product solutions.
• Proactively recommend and guide stakeholders in best design practices.
• Mentor and share projects with members of the creative team to promote learning and information across the organization.

 What you need to bring?

• 7+ years experience in consumer facing products
• Proven success taking creative projects from conception to completion.
• A substantial portfolio that displays design work including: websites, product interfaces, and campaigns.
• Experience in branding and working on the connection with a clear marketing message.
• Strong interactive marketing and technical skill sets with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Flash, HTML and JavaScript will compliment your creative abilities
