LexBlog is looking for a front-end web designer to work on-site in our Seattle office You’ll create amazing blogs, websites, and tools for our clients that will empower them to better connect with everyday people. You'll get to work with a small, talented, and creative team that is passionate about web standards, usability, and emergent browser technologies.

About YOU:

• You have exceptional design skills. Illustration is a plus.
• You can take a great idea and turn it into something visually stunning.
• You are creative, yet meticulous down to the tiniest detail.
• You are well organized and can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• You are passionate about beautiful design, typography and usability.

What YOU’LL Do:

• Review specs and requirements from both internal and external customers.
• Design beautiful layouts in Photoshop that will be turned over to our development team.
• Receive and contribute feedback during the design process.
• Fulfill design requests from clients regarding changes to existing designs and the implementation of new design features to live sites.
• Help layout marketing and client-facing materials.

 Awesome Skills to HAVE:

• Fluent in Adobe Creative/Production Suite with strong emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong experience with interactive design including: overall concept/vision, layout, information architecture, typography, and usability.
• Understands how to design for the web, knowing the limitations when converting to HTML and CSS.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.
